HOW MANY MAKEUP SERVICES CAN BE BOOKED PER APPOINTMENT?

A limit of 1 makeup service per appointment applies to all La Mer bookings.

WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE MY PREFERRED LA MER COUNTER AVAILABLE?

Services are available in all La Mer Counters, however the option to book online is only available for selected locations. If you don’t see your preferred location available in the booking tool, find your nearest Counter and call to book directly.

WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE MY PREFERRED TIME AVAILABLE?

Some doors may have limited booking availability. If you do not see your preferred time in the booking tool, find your nearest Counter and call to book your service directly.

HOW DO I BOOK A LAST MINUTE OR URGENT APPOINTMENT?

For urgent or last-minute makeup bookings, find your nearest Counter and call to book a La Mer appointment directly.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Processing
The appointment booking tool allows you to book a makeup appointment up to 30 days in the future. If you would like an appointment outside of this time frame or cannot see your preferred date, find your nearest Counter and call to book a La Mer appointment directly.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY LA MER APPOINTMENT?

If you have an online La Mer Account simply login and navigate to My Appointments. From here you can modify or cancel any upcoming La Mer appointments.

If you don’t have an online La Mer Account, you can either register and follow the above steps or contact the counter to modify or cancel your appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the La Mer Counter may ask for the appointment to be rescheduled.
