Samples, when available are offered to customers when placing an order and not on request through our Customer Service teams. Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution.

Steps for Redeeming an Offer Code:

    1. Enter your offer code in the "Offer Code" section of the “Review your Order” or ‘Shopping Cart” page.
    2. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
    3. When you click “APPLY”, the offer will be applied to your order.
    4. When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the “Payment Summary”
    5. Important Note: One (1) offer code may be used per order.

If an offer code is not accepted, you will receive an error message on the Delivery/Billing page.

We reserve the right to substitute any free item offered with any item of equal or greater value.

Welcome to La Mer Australia Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the steps below:

Step One:
Select the desired shade, size or form as relevant and the quantity of product you wish to puschase (up to eight [8] of any single item), then click "Add to bag". (For additional product information, how-to videos and related links, click on the product name or product details link.)


Step Two:
When you have finished selecting products for purchase, click the shopping bag icon found on any page or click the Checkout button that will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process and submit your order. Please note: you may change the contents of your shopping bag including the quantity of each item (up to eight [8] of any single item) during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.

Once your order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided.

Step Three:
An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent shortly after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at 1800 661 392 (Australia) and 0800 352 801 (New Zealand) for assistance.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “View Bag” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this, unless we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case no notification will be given.

GIFT WRAP SERVICES



• Gift orders always receive special care at La Mer Online. We will be happy to wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message for free.
• If you wish to have your La Mer Online order gift-wrapped, simply click on the “Gift Wrap” option during Checkout. If you wish to include your personal message, please enter it in the text box provided.

Please note: Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.



GST & DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices indicated for products available via La Mer Online are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable).

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered (inclusive of GST) plus delivery charges (if applicable). Delivery charges will be included where applicable and will be included in the total amount of the order. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Site.

Please note for our New Zealand customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australia Dollars. If your order value is greater than the equivalent of NZD1,000, we will issue you a separate tax invoice within 48 hours after you place your order. If you are contacted by New Zealand Customs officers for this order, you can present this tax invoice which will enable your order to be released without any extra import duties to be paid.

What is an eGift Card and how do I redeem an eGift Card?

eGift Card is a La Mer Gift Card that is delivered via an email. It works in the same way as physical Gift Cards work today. You choose the amount and message. The recipient will then receive your personalised email.

   

How do I download my La Mer eGift Card?

Open the email received from La Mer on your computer or mobile device and click the "Retrieve your eGift Card now" button.

   

Can I nominate another person and/or company to receive my Gift Card order?

Yes. You can order your Gift Cards and have the order delivered to any person.

   

Do Gift Cards ordered from La Mer expire?

Yes. La Mer Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

   

Where can I redeem La Mer Gift Cards?

La Mer eGift Cards purchased at cremedelamer.com.au/giftcards/ are redeemable online at cremedelamer.com.au only. Not redeemable in any La Mer department store stores or specialty stores.

   

Can I reload Gift Cards?

No. Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.

   

What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Once Gift Cards are activated they should be treated like cash as lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

   

How do I check the status of my order?

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) units of any item with a maximum purchase of fourteen (14) items per customer per order. Orders exceeding these limits will not be accepted and are subject to cancellation upon written notice. In addition, we are unable to accept more than 3 orders per day from each customer.
